If your item arrives:

- Incorrect (wrong item or design)
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery, and we will investigate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
If your claim is approved, we will:
- Send a free replacement, or
- Issue a full refund if a replacement is not suitable
This follows industry print-on-demand standards where verified issues are replaced at no cost.
Print & Colour Disclaimer
All Lost Fate designs are printed using advanced printing technology to ensure vibrant results.
However, slight variations may occur due to:
- Screen vs print differences
- Lighting conditions
- Fabric/material types
These minor variations are normal and are not considered defects.
Returns & Exchanges
As all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect sizing
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong product
This is because each item is produced specifically for your order and cannot be restocked.
Lost or Missing Orders
If your order is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
We will:
- Investigate the issue
- Arrange a replacement order at no extra cost
Incorrect Address\ Unclaimed Orders
If an order is returned due to:
- Incorrect shipping address
- Failed delivery attempts
- Unclaimed parcels
You may need to place a new order. We may assist with a product refund, but shipping costs may still apply.
